SanhePMT DCS-25 electronic quantitative weighing and packaging scale machine for Grains / Particals

Dcs-25 packaging scale is a new generation of Intelligent Particle quantitative packaging scale developed according to the requirements of customers. It is divided into two models: single bucket packaging scale and double bucket packaging scale.

The machine is mainly composed of automatic weighing device, conveying device, sewing device and computer control system. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, stable operation, energy and power saving, easy operation, fast weighing and accurate measurement.

The main machine adopts fast self flow blanking and bucket metering. Advanced frequency conversion technology is used for small-scale feeding metering. Advanced digital frequency conversion control technology and anti-interference technology, and realize automatic error compensation and correction.

It is applicable to the quantitative packaging of grain crops such as wheat, corn, soybean, rice, rice, miscellaneous grains, feed, chemical industry, starch, chemical fertilizer and so on. It has the advantages of high speed, high precision and low labor cost. It facilitates enterprise management, saves expenses and reduces consumption, improves work efficiency, brings rich economic profits to our customers, and greatly meets the needs of customers.

(1) Free warranty period: all products belonging to the company and product failures due to product quality shall be guaranteed for one year with the warranty form from the date of purchase.

(2) If it exceeds one year, it shall be charged for service, and the parts and calibration fees shall be charged according to the fault condition.

(3) In case of failure after five years of use, the company will provide services as usual.

(4) Non warranty scope: failure caused by improper installation, use and storage. Failure caused by failure to use power supply according to regulations. Failure caused by natural disasters, ground changes, rats and insects. Failure caused by self disassembly.
